The quick overview..

I'm working with a programmer on a tool to demonstrate the OTSWT Model.  He was a little unclear on the concept and asked for clarification...

This is what I told him:

Hi [Jim],

Thanks for taking the time to continue this.  It's is a model I've developed of how our personalities operate.

We have two personality drivers that operate very differently:
Our Major Self is based largely on the Right  Brain - It is experiential, whole, and feels the connection we have to everything....
Our Minor Self is based on Left Brain - The serial processor that allows us to function on the planet.  It is primarily responsible for language and all of our senses.  Without the left-brain we couldn't walk, talk etc.  In addition, the Left Brain is always chattering away, categorizing everything, and looking out for threats.... real or perceived.
